"Staff here seem pretty miserable. Felt like I was bothering them. They forgot part of my order so I went back. Not mad or anything but completely Unapologetic and again, like I'm bothering them. The donut holes were hard and not even the ones I wanted. Which I was told as the bag was tossed at me like an after thought. The coffee burnt. And the sandwich was thrown in the bag like a ball. Dunkin never fails to remind me why I never buy Dunkin. If I'm ever in the desert dying of thirst and see a Dunkin in the near distance, I'm going to just lay down and die."

"Every time I get a latte from this store they don’t use the correct measurements. Tastes super bitter then I ask for it to be fixed and idk if they even did anything because it looked exactly the same when they handed it back. I ended up throwing it aaway which this small latte is about $5 ; super disappointing! Please do better and use the correct measurements. Everything is formulated !!!"

"This is the worst DD I’ve ever been too. Came here 3 days in a row, 2 of 3 times I was the only customer and each time took over 5 minutes to get my coffee. The 3rd and final time I’ll be coming here, the customer in front of me was also aggravated. Also the young girl who works there should be a little more professional and not be cussing out loud at work."

"One or more of the employees here does not know the difference between Sweet N Low and Equal. When I order an iced coffee with Sweet N Low here, it comes with Equal instead, and I despise the taste of Equal. This has happened numerous times. I've complained before, but the managers don't care. Thanks. You've now lost a customer."
