"In general, I love Starbucks. I was visiting from out of town and we were walking the streets in Providence with a group of friends. I wanted some coffee, so I came in here. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how trashed the floors were. I was a little taken aback. There was a line, so I went to use the restroom. Needless to say, I did not use the restroom and definitely did NOT get coffee here. This is most disgusting Starbucks I’ve ever set foot in. I do NOT recommend this location."

"Every barista here is super sweet and very capable, especially given that they are dealing with the constant rush of Brown students, tourists on Thayer, and folks getting off at the bus stop right outside. You can usually find a table of some type of you want to sit and there's usually not too much of a wait. Best vegan option is probably soy milk since, as with most Starbucks, they are always out of Oat Milk (no hate to them! Just a warning to my vegan peeps). A great place to hang out for a while, people watch, and take in the scene on the hill. Mobile order is always quick here, too, and the chalkboard art is usually iconic."

"This the best coffee shop and Starbucks I've been to. So let me tell you I've been to a lot of different coffee shops in my time. The staff here is always so warm and friendly and very helpful and they know exactly what they're doing. The service is always fast and accurate. When I come in most of the time I don't even have to order anymore because they already remember what I'm getting because I'm a semi regular. I know that's not exclusive to Starbucks, but It's those little personal touches that just makes your day better and puts a smile on your face. They also have a variety of snacks you can get while you're here. No matter how I'm feeling I can't help but have a smile on my face everytime I come here. This Starbucks is also very popular with the locals and the college crowd. If you just want to get away from the city for a while and have great coffee and relax and meet up with friends or family or just be by yourself this is the place for you."

"Ya know, it's a Starbucks. It's one of the older ones from when Starbucks was actually still something different. Great coffee of course, college crowd, nice area of Providence. But ya know, it's a Starbucks so whatever. Nothing that makes it any more special from the other ones. 15 years ago it would have."
