"I am a big fan of bolt coffee and love this location because of the character. Not a ton of places to sit but what they do have is very comfortable and it is a cozy environment. I believe is here every time I’m in town and it’s always staffed with a nice barista and offers great pastries/donuts."
"I was excited to visit this specialty coffee place (inside the Dean hotel, but open to external visitors). They have all the right tools to prepare a great coffee (La Marzocco espresso machine, a scale to measure coffee-to-water ratios, a Puqpress and high-quality beans). Unfortunately, the barista's handling of the espresso machine left room for improvement. I could't help but notice spurts of coffee spraying in different directions from the naked portafilter, indicating problems with channelling. I was unsure whether I should have mentioned my concerns regarding puck preparation to the barista at the time - I didn't want to sound like a coffee snob (it would seem that I am one). Nevertheless, the shop holds promise and it is worth returning for another try."
"Place is located inside the Dean hotel with an entrance off the main street. The batista was friendly and made a great coffee! I tried the woodsman and the blueberry muffin which was great. There's a long wooden table you can sit at, along with some cushy chairs and couches. Atmosphere is very chill."
"Good third wave coffee shop. Located off of the lobby of a quaint hotel, but does have it's own side door too. The cortado was delicious. No manual brew/pour over options, but the drip was a washed single origin from Honduras and was pretty good."
"It’s a beautiful space! The coffee was pretty good, but we didn’t love the doughnuts-they were a little too dense. I was just visiting, but regular customers were moving in and out and chatting with the baristas. For the half hour I spent there, I was a part of the local culture."
