Dunkin'

"Live 4 houses down the rd, go there 4 tim s a day for 2 coffees ea. Trip, worst service anywhere! I get the same coffee for the 6.5 yrs we lived here and it is made wrong at least 2 times a WEEK! Go back and kid at window says dont talk to me about it, not my problem!?? Never before have i been treated lik this at a dunkin, no pride! 8 coffees a day u do the math! My wife and i are keeping that dunkin open with all the $ we hand them"

"So I work for amazon we drive big vans how are they ganna close the inside at 5pm we can't go threw drive thru with our vans dunkins that close thier inside are inconsiderate of ppl that actually drive bigger vehicles never have I went to Starbucks and thier doors was locked... also who locks it at 5pm when they don't close for hrs after that it's just pure laziness I guess that's what u get when u hire teenagers or young adults.."

"This used to be a really good Dunkin Donuts. All of a sudden in the summer of 2021, it went totally downhill. Three times in a row, I sent in a mobile order. Three times in a row, they screwed it up. It doesn’t get any easier than mobile orders. It’s literally emailing in your order. The third screw up was the worst. I drove up and they gave me my coffee. I asked where my sandwich and muffin was. They asked me to come inside (annoying right there). Getting in, they asked me what the rest of my mobile order was. I said they had it since I set it in, but they responded that somehow they erased it. So I had to give it again and wait. Some half mumbled offer of a refund was ignored by me as it isn’t worth my time. A bunch of kids are running this place now. The drive thru is long and they screw up your order. RI has a million of these places. Go elsewhere. Update in August 2023: the drive thru has gotten somewhat faster, but they still managed to screw up my mobile order (didn’t include a bag of brew at home Dunkin). Gotta get this place better."

"Worst Dunkin’. We came to try to get frozen coffees and hot chocolates and they said they already closed the machines down for the night. They still had an hour before they officially closed the store. They were not helpful at all."
