"Good service but I don't care for this location. it was the only convenient location and I was in a time crunch. The croissant was burned and the sandwich was a mess. The tea was warm, not hot. The donut was good."

"Do not waste your time going to this Dunkins’. It is far and away the slowest dunkins in the area- it is a miracle if you get your order within twenty minutes. Don’t even bother with the drive-thru. I was waiting for twenty minutes today for two refreshers as a crowd of people gathered around the counter waiting for their coffees. When we finally started getting our orders, one employee forgot one of my drinks and disappeared, so I was stuck waiting ten more minutes until I could flag someone down. The other customers received the wrong drink orders entirely when they finally got theirs. During this time I witnessed one poor kid trying to work the drive-thru window, counter, and make the food and drink orders completely solo, until two managers decided to come out and help him. One other employee appeared too, though he stood around looking lost instead of doing anything to help. During all of this, I noticed the same car sitting at the drive thru window the entire time I was there, which was a good twenty minutes. This location is a joke- you will get your coffee faster even if you have to drive fifteen minutes out of your way to find a better dunks (better= literally any other location.)"

"Do not go to this specific Dunkin if you want anything to be correct within your order. The employees barely have the decency to give you the time of day. In between every item you order they will ask you “anything else” In the worst tone possible. There have been plenty of times I’ve been in the middle of speaking and they already are asking me if I want anything else. Once you arrive at the window your order is never correct again proving that they could care less. Any attempts to correct your order that you paid for will be revived with attitude such as throwing cream cheese into your bag or snatching your coffee back. This sadly is one of the closer Dunkin’s in the are and would happily be my first choice if the service was good. Most customers are not asking for much besides a semi pleasant experience and a correct order. You won’t get that here. Hopefully some day they can recover from this huge issue which is clearly a poor employee attitude which has spread through most of the staff."

"I went to the drive through with my boyfriend on a slow rainy day there was nobody in the drive threw line except us and one person inside. the lady at the window was extremely rude and had an attitude the entire time we were ordering. she was rushing us to the window when we hadn't even finished ordering yet and when we did finish and got to the window, she had to reconfirm most of the order because she had written it down wrong. we had to wait 10 minutes just to pay and another 10 or so to get our food. we got 2 coffees, 1 refresher, and a bagel. my bagel was burnt, i didn't have a knife to put on the cream cheese, she put the wrong milk in his coffee, and the straws were too small. the lady didn't even say anything to us after giving us the last part of our order she just shut the window and left. she made the entire experience bad and quite honestly i don't understand why someone with that kind of attitude would work in the service industry."

"Did a mobile order in the drive thru. Got to location 1 minute after placing order - 5 cars in front of me at drive thru. It took twenty minutes to even get to the order speaker and then another 8 minutes to receive my order (a latte and donut). Drive thru staff appears to only be able to work on one order at a time - they only took the next order when the one ahead was delivered. When I got to the window - my drink was correct but they tried to give me someone else’s food and I had to tell them what mine should have been because they had no clue. Overall- don’t expect quick or accurate service at this location."
