"Fast, Efficient and Good Spirited! The morning team at Big Apple Marketing in Westford, MA is one one of the best I've ever come across. Such an amazing team of women working together like a well oiled machine! If you're one of the lucky people to have this Dunkin's on your route to work every day you understand. I've never had a problem with any of my orders, and they're always pleasant given that they are probably up earlier than I am, and deal with way more bs than anyone should have to that early in the day. I don't know the name of the manager, but she kills it. She is very good at communicating with and assisting her team, and is extremely good at reading the flow of people coming in - anyone working for Dunkin's would be blessed to work with her. I wish everyone on the morning crew a happy new year, and thank you for all of your hard work!"

"NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! So absolutely tired of the laziness EVERYTIME on my order! I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and everytime they only put one cream cheese on it and leave the other one untouched. They did it again today but this time forgot to include a knife so I can put the darn cream cheese myself onto my second bagel! I can't do it without a knife! I'm taking my business elsewhere!"
