"Coffees are expensive, and the food is mediocre. They no longer have the local feeling that made them such a great place years ago. Nothing fresh, all the food has that McDonald's or fast food industrial vibe. Find and support a local shop if you can. Fresh locally made donuts made them worth going to. Now the boxed ones at the store look and taste better and they are awful."

"This Moring I ordered a "exclusive members only" frozen coffee from this location on the mobile app, I come here almost everyday and never had a problem. Upon arriving at my destination AFTER already starting to drink it I noticed GREEN specs through out the coffee, after further inspection i found more and more specs. I went back to the store to ask for my money back. In which the woman with grown hair had said they can not give me my money back. but that she could remake it. already discussed I respectfully said no and asked for my money back YET AGAIN SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY! I ENDED UP LEAVING WITH OUT A REFUND! Dunkin Donuts should NEVER refuse someone their money back EVER! Dunkin Donuts steels money from Coustomers."
