"As a former employee of this Dunkins I will never recommend this store to anybody. They are so unsanitary I myself called a health inspector which had to make several visits in the course of 3 weeks. The management is disrespectful as all hell both to employees and customers, they don't care if you get your order on time so long as they get paid, and don't get me started on the sexual harassment. I and several other employees had reported multiple incidents on which to the store manager, district manager, and HR with plenty of leading evidence and eye witnesses, to which instead of dealing with they ripped up the notes that could've taken care of the situation, threw them out and fired me, ultimately letting things go on the way they had been (including the harassment) I have never been happier to leave this store and I again will never recommend it to anymore. Stay far away unless you like roaches around your food or like being degraded daily."

"Took my money and didn't give me my order. Don't use your mobile order here because my account got charged and they refused to give me my order even after I showed them that it was there location and the order number. They said they couldn't find it in the system. A bunch of crooks. I'm sure there happily eating and drinking my order"

"People here have the worst attitude. Anytime you do a mobile order for store pickup you are always waiting. I placed my order at 8:16 am and left at 8:34 after standing waiting for the whole order. Nobody even looks at you to ask what you are waiting for and if you ask someone walking by or just one of the people standing around they give you an attitude. The lady at drivethru taking the orders shouldn't be anywhere near people and the other person (supervisor i think) that wears the dark orange shirt should also be away from humans. Horrible attitude."

"Dunkins on south willow closes at 8 instead of 10; false advertisement. Me and my sister just walked multiple blocks for them to have a drive thru only at 8:15, On halloween at 38 degrees. Im pissed. We came by for hot cocoa and wraps for nothing."
