"Called to have them come look at my washing machine, technician was in my house for 7 minutes (as listed on their invoice), told me I needed a new machine and then they sent me a bill for $145. When I called I was accused of wanting free service from them when I told them $145 for no work performed was a ripoff. They never mentioned once when I made the appointment that it was $145 just to show up, beware!"
