"Olivia and Santia were so helpful when we walked in, not sure what we wanted. We didn't see a hot matcha or a thin mint hot coco on the menu, and they were able to make it for us after we told them what we like! Not only were they considerate and helpful, but the drinks came out bomb as well!! Very impressed w the service and drinks we got. Matcha is hard to get right and Santia got it more than right! Lol"
"Its 2023, i shouldnt be spitting out coffee grinds when i get to the bottom of my cup of coffee. Disgusting and unacceptable for the prices they charge! Dont get me started with the attitudes of the employees, and the sheer chaos and disorganization in there EVERY SINGLE TIME! Losing customers for sure …"
