"Folks, these are crooks. They charged our credit card $515.41 but never delivered the part, nor they sent us a confirmation e mail. When we called the next day, they told us part was damaged so they had to cancel the order. When we asked for a refund, they refused. We filed a dispute with AMEX. Our dispute was contested by these crooks. They told AMEX part was delivered and they provided delivery paperwork that showed a delivery address in Bangalore India. We are an auto Dealer Located in Fort Worth Texas. Please see attached delivery papers with Bangalore address. We filed a police report with Manchester Police Department for Credit Card theft."

"I order a switch control to move seat The first thing sent was for passenger side. The second one they sent was for passenger side. If anyone out there has a secret way of speaking to this company, please let me know. About 7 weeks of this and nothing resolved. I sent the first one back month ago and still have not received a refund. Best of all, they send you the wrong thing and you get to repay a stocking fee. Wrong part was not ordered, wrong part sent."

"Update: Owner’s response to my review is “they are working to make it right”, however it’s been 3 weeks and still no response to my repeated emails. They sent the wrong part inside the box and refuse to pay the shipping cost or provide a return label to take it back. For me, the shipping cost is more than the part cost. PayPal has also reached out to Quirk Parts to correct their error in sending the wrong part in the box and also have received no response. Do not order from this company. Ordered a part for my Bronco and received the wrong item inside the box which was labeled with the correct part number. My guess is that they didn’t actually have the part I needed so put a different part inside the box to get the order. Reached out a number of times so they could make it right. They won’t cover return shipping cost for the $106 part ($258 for large box USPS) to rectify their error. It’s like a roll of dice. Good luck if you order from them. Attached are photos of the part number on the box and of the item inside clearly showing they do not match up."

"Called to simply ask if they had a part in stock. Guy on the phone said we don't ship are you going to come pick it up. As soon as I said no, he hung up. Tried to call back twice and he keeps hanging up. Maybe help a customer that has purchased from you recently on locating a part and where to find it?"

"Sold me a New factory oem subwoofer and enclouse, sent a junk yard find used unit scratched up and cut out with a Sawzall. Actually cut the sides off so it could even bolt in. Blew off emails and phone number is fake. After 6 weeks of emailing and getting excuses, I threatened BBB he sent a return label, i explained i took the speaker out 6 weeks ago and wasn't uninstalling it. but would send back the enclouse and my old speaker for a partial refund or a enclousenot cut in half. He is now saying i shouldn't have tried to salvage the scam by taking the speaker, and now he keeping all the money plus he got his enclouse back plus my blown speaker.Scam fraud beware You may end up with my old speaker and this hacked up enclouse as a " new factory oem""
