"Went in to see if they can order a charger for one of the tools I bought from them. it’s the battery powered ratchet since my dog destroyed the charger. the manger didn’t help much it wasn’t Jason I asked him if he can find out if they carry them he said that the tool is useless that I had to buy another tool set. Didn’t even bother looking. He seemed pretty rude to me so I got in my car and left I went to Leominster instead they found it no problem and ordered it micky from the Leominster store is always so helpful. Geuss I’ll go to the Leominster one over the Fitchburg one from now on. So will the comerical accounts that we have with them in fitchburg."
