"Needed 2 almost new rotors turned like advertised online and was told they don't do them at Stafford Street, so we tried Auburn, what a joke. All employees should be able to run this machine if trained. Make it financially worthwhile for them to want to help. Shouldn't be forced into buying new ones when the old ones just needed resurfacing. Sticking with rockauto now on."
