"I had to stop here for an additional birthday gift for my brother (I was on my way to meet him for dinner) so I didn’t have much time. The staff was so helpful and I was able to find what I was looking for within seconds of entering the store and I was able to go to the check out and I was on my way! The staff was super friendly and I enjoyed my experience especially since I was in such a rush! I’ll definitely be going back to this location in the future! ☺️"
"Just love best buy, but this unit is always hard to find someone to help you. I want to buy a xbox for my son. We stayed in the back for a least 10 minutes and no one to help us, we had to go back to the service desk and then we got the help we need."
"Best buy customer service at this location is severely lacking. We came to pickup an online order and then proceeded to buy this vinyl (pictured). First, the staff seemed clueless when trying to find our pickup order and then when stating that we'd like to purchase the vinyl we were directed to a different line instead of completing everything in one spot. Fine. So we go to a different check out line. They scan the vinyl and pay. However, quickly realized that the sticker prices versus purchase price was off. The vinyl noted $22.99 pre tax while the receipt was $27.99 pre tax. We address it right then and there and are told by the worker that "the stickers are made by the vinyl manufacturer and we are not responsible for what is scanned. I highly recommend you to call customer service". Refusing to acknowledge that there is a system error on their end. Without going into a rant, I highly recommend that if Best Buy is going to staff an entire store with all new junior employees. PLEASE PROPERLY TRAIN THEM ON HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS AND WORK THEIR SYSTEMS. It's very unacceptable to market a product one price and charge another and not take accountability for something that is clearly of the store's. As well as looking lost as to where anything is. You will only continue to receive negative reviews as seen already."
"Came on black Friday. Not as bad as expected. It was busy but I was able to find help and checkout within 20 minutes or so. The store was packed with both people and product. It was impressive how many TVs they had in stock. Overall I was expecting the worst but it wasn't really bad at all. Normally the store is pretty empty when I come in and it's probably harder to find help when it's not busy compared to today. Either way, Happy holidays!"
"I’ve been here twice in the past week - once to buy a cable and once to return it. Every time, the line in the register has never been long (like 1 person in front of me). The issue that cashing out takes forever if there’s an issue. Instead of opening the other registers, they just have 4 workers working on whatever is going at the other register. And i know the second register isn’t broken because after waiting in line for 20 minutes, they FINALLY opened the other register. Otherwise, checkout is quick and service is nice. (Ps I’m hangry writing this)"
