"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have paid off one couch, and was renting another kitchen set until recently when I asked rent-a-center to pick it up because we had decided to move out of state and couldn’t take it with us. I spoke to three different individuals who assured me that I would not be charged again once my item was picked up, and sure enough I still was. I called the store to ask for a refund, and politely, yet assertively explained my frustration. This is when things took a nasty turn by the alleged manager, who’s last name I only caught to be Rosario. I asked him to email me stating that my card would not be charged again, and I had no longer authorized it for auto-pay. The individual became extremely argumentative, yelling over me stating that I never specifically told him about the situation so I shouldn’t be “coming at him.” Everytime I tried to tell him that my frustration was not with him, but with the customer service as a whole, and the employees lack of communication/ notes, he got louder and then even begun mocking me He told me to “call the 1800 number on him and see that they will do nothing” and “enjoy your trip” in a very sarcastic demeaning way. From someone that always made payments on time and returned my item in excellent condition, the service I received was undoubtedly poor to say the least, literally to the point of being verbally attacked and bullied. I hope someone from higher management does investigate this individual working at 10am on Saturday June 17th because they are hot-headed and can not lead their staff if this is their idea of professionalism."
"Best customer service with Kelly; she had been working so hard to get things together for me . It took her a while to find my orders and tried her best to bring it on time however I gave her some time to process the order. My orders should be here soon. Thanks to Kelly for the best customer service"
