"Having had an existing Mitsubishi system on the 1st floor which we've used for years that provides both heat and AC we decided to go with what we know works for us and made the decision to install similar units for our 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. I used the Mitsubishi's web site to find local Mitsubishi Diamond Certified companies to get several quotes. JV Mechanical quote was competitive but what sold us on them is their technical sales person and office staff that were knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and very helpful. What really blew me away was how fast and efficient the installation crews were. They showed up around 7:30am and were completely finished around 2:30 the same day. They carefully moved and protected our personal items where they needed access to and covered things near the working areas. They worked with us on just where the units were to be installed in each room. Once the installations were completed they vacuumed each room and pathways. Then the lead tech went over the remote controls for each unit. We couldn't be happier with the great service JV Mechanical Contractors provided us and the results from the Mitsubishi products."
