"Impossible to find help and when you did they would say that wasn't their department but they would find somebody. Who never came. Shelves seemed to be about half empty in the areas we were shopping. I give them 2 stats instead of 1 because we actually finally found someone that was able to locate the items we wanted to buy. Thank goodness we knew exactly what we wanted and didn't need any advice."

"Return was one day over the limit and the store failed to use basic discretion to accept the return (I’ve never had a return rejected at a Best Buy for most missed return windows, let alone for ONE DAY). Sorry the snowstorm cancelled my flight back into town haha. Ended up returning my stuff to another store that did accept my return. Unacceptable and garbage management."

"Better shop online than going to this shop. You'll do everything by yourself just the same. I bought this 2 items and tested it all by myself. Customer servise is non existent hiding in their counter. You'll have to test what you buy. Worst is that they will only talk to you just to scare you into buying a 150 bucks service warranty. Many of the clients approach me thinking i work there bcoz i was testing my stuff i bought."

"What a joke. Went to buy an Apple Watch. None were out on display. Took me 10 minutes to find anyone to help and he tried to walk away as I was asking for help. Told me the only way to try on the watch it to buy it and then return if I don’t like it. I wanted to try on several and compare the bands and sizes. This was a joke. So I made a selection and he went back to get it. He kept it the entire time until after it was purchased. Once I got to the car to check it. There was no wrap on the box. Looked like it was a return. Once I opened the box it also looked like someone had been inside and checked it out. But they told me I could not until after I bought it. What a joke. I will return this tomorrow and order from Amazon. My time time I will step foot in Best Buy. At least this location….."
