"Careful with the new owner, he’s a crook. Charged me $225 for lubricating my dryer in 30 minutes. The tech took 30 minutes doing maintenance and lubricating it, I explained to them I have done that before and the noise had continued. Told them it may need new parts but they said that should take care of the problem. I refused to pay $225 as it was not agreed before they started “fixing” my dryer. That’s a rate of $450 an hour!!! I’ve worked with them before and they charged a total of $175 to fix my washer and that was including new parts. Stay away from these crooks and buy a new machine!!"

"2 different appliance services referred me to this place. I will admit that they had many options for me to choose from for washing machines... But from my experience they don't fix them before they sell them. I bought a washing machine front them and it immediately had draining issues. The clothes were still wet. Then the entire machine stopped working. It was within the 30 day warranty so I scheduled a repair with them for free. Scheduling was a nightmare. They changed the date and had terrible communication. Eventually someone came and said "a switch needed to be turned on" and the machine ran again. They left without fully testing to see if the machine would run a cycle. After they left it still had draining issues. Scheduling another repair was another nightmare. They changed the date and time several times before showing up. Without even entering my home, Cesar offered me a new washing machine in exchange, instead of fixing the one I bought. Scheduling was a nightmare. They changed the date and time several times before exchanging the washer. The new washer they provided DID NOT DRAIN. I called and after several days and phone calls back and forth they offered a refund once they removed the washer. Scheduling was a nightmare. They changed the date and time several times and had terrible communication. Finally, 3 months later I have my refund, and no washer. Customer service and all service in general was a NIGHTMARE. I'm sorry to say this, because I was trying to support a local business in Hyde Park. It was a mistake."

"Bought my first used fridge and it stopped working so I called them back got s new one delivered. 2 weeks later the 2nd refrigerator stopped working...slow keek and eventually shut off. Told me 2 days ago they would deliver a new one today (Saturday) between 10-12. 1pm comes around we hear nothing so decided to call. Called and was told they was putting the appliance on the truck and they would be here soon. Minutes later still nothing, not even a call. Called them back and was told my fridge would not be delivered until Monday! Furious since I have a table full of food with no where to put it and food that already spoiled. Sadly after paying almost 300 bucks they want to charge me a delivery fee after the sold me not 1 but 2 broken refrigerators. They have the nerve to charge me 100 bucks for delivery after reselling 2 fridges that don't even work! Going back Monday to get my money back and find somewhere else to go. Very unprofessional!!!!"
