"I recently bought a car from here. I’ve never at this point in my life been to a dealership where I’ve had 0 issues. However, when I stepped foot in this dealership, that changed. We were greeted by Pat One of the salesman right away. Pete shook my dad’s, my brothers and my hand and introduced himself right away. Pat helped us navigate the dealership and decide on the right car. We spent a lot of time cracking jokes in which Pat joined in on occasionally. This made us feel very welcome. This gave us the experience Car buying should have. We laughed and joked, but when it was time to talk numbers and do business, Pat was nothing but professional and accurate. If you are looking for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and get the vehicle from here, you will not regret it. Also, make sure you request Pat as he knows his stuff and makes sure that the process is accurate and enjoyable. Also, it is worth noting that Jared in the finance side of things was equally as impressive as Pat. Jared was able to negotiate with us well while still upholding the integrity of the business. Jared also had no problems trading jokes with my family and I. I live three hours away in New York. However, it was worth every bit of the drive and hassle to go up to Massachusetts. I will be doing the same thing in the future thanks to these two gentlemen. Haddad Toyota has secured mine and my family’s business for a long time to come. Also, if Haddad Toyota is reading this, do yourselves a favor, and do whatever you can to keep these two around, these guys are irreplaceable and are guaranteed to help your business for a long time to come."
