"This place has some of the best people I have ever worked with, but the assistant director not so great, she won’t hesitate to talk about anyone behind their back. She makes you feel like your not good enough at you job. She has favorite people and she does show it. I have heard her talk about employees in awful ways multiple times before. This is someone who shouldn’t be in a childcare setting. If you work there you won’t get any time off, even though they say they are flexible with giving time off, but the administration gets all the time off they want. They also don’t really care about mental health if you’re having a rough day and need a day off you won’t get it. You can see the cracks in the foundation the second you walk through the door."
