"I called Hoosick Tire on a Saturday morning and spoke to Anne requesting help with my son's car that had been disabled due to an automobile accident. Despite being short staffed that particular day, the owner of the business drove to where my son's car was parked, removed the tire, took it back to his shop, repaired it, and had one of his employees put it back on my son's car on his way home from work. All within 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday. Outstanding service from the moment I called for help right through to an employee finishing the job after hours. The customer experience doesn't get much better than this. Thank you to the entire Hoosick Tire team."
