"This is a satellite store inside a gas station and absolutely Nails it. Always fresh always hot and good attitude from the staff. Got sick and tired of subpar food and service from the Mechanicville location so vowed to not spend my money at that location anymore, it's about four and a half more miles out but well worth the extra time and money."

"Just went to this Dunkin, my coffee order was wrong, didn’t notice until I got home. That wasn’t a huge deal, what I was more annoyed about was that I simply asked if they had the really large cups the girl said yes I asked could I have one with just ice. She responded “uhhhh…yeah” almost like she was going to say she was going to have to charge me for it. She hands me the large cup not even half full….why would I ask for the largest cup with ice if I didn’t want it filled. At that point I was very annoyed and just left. ITS JUST ICE, what was the issue w filling the cup?!"

"By far the worst Dunkins I have ever been too. If I could give this location 0 stars...it would be fitting. Chaotic, slow, rude, and always understaffed. I walked out once and just walked out again. Will never go back. Close it down and do people a favor."

"If it wasn't on my drive to work, and had a drive-through I would probably never stop there. But any coffee will do at 6am, even though it tastes like burnt beans and dish water."

"Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. And they give me an old ice cold bagel, with a teaspoon of creme cheese. This place and every other dunkin is just a disgrace. Save your money and goto stewarts or brueggers. Never again. (If I could give 0 stars I would)"
