"Went there today to pick up my Mobile order, not only was the door locked and someone was inside, no one answered the door when I knocked on it, didn’t answer the drive through, and didn’t turn off mobile ordering so I was charged for a drink I never got. Such pathetic management and workers that they couldn’t do a simple task."

"Why is this the only Dunkin I have a problem at? Waited 15mins for a coffee when there was only 2 people in front of me. I came back later to get an iced caramel with cream and sugar and it had an absurd amount of sugar and a dash of cream. Never had a problem anywhere else but here."

"System is setup for them to get customers through the drive thru in less than 1.5 minutes, yet I always seem to be waiting more than 5 minutes for 1 donut."

"Heavily understaffed. Took 30 minutes to process 5 orders, registers were broken except for the drive through. Nobody was behind the counter when I entered. Food was normal though, this place just needs to hire more than two people."

"I’ve gone here many times on the way in to work and I wish I could say I’ve had the best coffee and service here. Also what is up with how they built the curb right next to the window? It’s impossible to pull up to the window at all. Donuts tend to be less fresh and often thrown carelessly into bags, like with the glaze facing down. Sometimes the napkins are directly on the glaze and remove it. More recently I got a lukewarm coffee, basically cold, when I ordered a midnight roast. I will order a regular roast from now on."
