"Woah. Just had the Big L. Had to grab something quick before catching a bus so went in with no expectations. Service was great. They ran out of whatever bread they usually use for the sandwich and gave me ciabatta instead. Loved it. Broccoli rabe was a nice touch. Big W for the “Big L”"

"Location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices were very good. I got a sausage egg and cheese, which was good, but standard good. The only complaint is that when they toasted the bun they toasted both sides and it was way too hot to pick up."

"The Jules on ciabatta? Delicious! Do yourself a favor and get your sandwiches here instead of the chain shops. Real bacon, quality deli slices and the toasted bun are ridiculous together. Busy during lunch hours but it's a really chill spot where the employees seem like they're having a good time themselves. LOVE this place!"

"The staff here are all incredibly friendly and the owner is a really sweet lady who always stops to say hello. I come here whenever I am in Albany. The crispy chicken wrap is my favorite, and the onion rings are delicious too. If you're not a fan of crowds, come around 2:30 because it's nearly empty at that time, but it's packed earlier in the lunch hour."
