"The cleanliness of the room needs some attention. The carpet needs to be replaced with the same “new laminate flooring” on the ground floor. No screen on slider! Paint is flaking off in the bathroom. No exhaust fan! 2 valve shower valves are subject to scalding and need to be replace with a single lever/anti-scald valve. Rooms are not outfitted with sprinkler heads and there are only 2 ABC extinguishers mounted outside per floor. Smoke detector are present. Staircase is narrow, and inconsistent in width per flight. I found it difficult to navigate and climb. I felt unsafe. Really needs an elevator or assistance with guest luggage! No 24/7 maintenance service on site. No phone in room! Great view and friendly cleaning staff! I’ll leave it at that. I won’t be returning!"

There was NO WAY the Hotel Staff could remedy the above list of Building & Fire Safety Concerns during our stay, so we did not haggle with them. We spent so much $$$ & most of our time room-hopping in another hotel, per room availability; we were miserable, with vaca ruined. Lynn A Dolan"
"Excellent location directly across from a huge beach. Crosswalk to the beach is right by the hotel. High steps to go down to the beach so if you have a beach cart you have to lift it down the steps. View is fantastic. Good beach for the kids low tide they can look amoung the rocks for crabs. Sand is hard. Hotel room is basic no microwave but has a small fridge. Hotel does have an I door pool. Checking was a breeze ..staff friendly and helpful. No elevator so be prepared to haul your stuff up to your room. There are rooms on the ground floor."
"10/10 would recommend. Especially for the price. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. Very clean. They had extra towels out on the bed. Perfect location. Can't beat waking up to the ocean outside your door. Big mini fridge. Beds/pillows were the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel. The lady's were all friendly. Smart TV I could connect my Netflix to. My 7yo loved it as well. My only complaints are that there was supposed to be a microwave and when we got there the room had no microwave, and I would feel safer if the old school locks were replaced with a card system. But this is definitely one of my new favorite hotels. I Especially loved how large the balcony is. You could easily do some morning yoga there. Loved it there and wish I didn't have to leave."
"Amazing location, rooms are reasonably priced. The staff were all kind and helpful except for this one person named Danielle. She was extremely rude and condescending. The first time I went to the office to inquire about the room not being cleaned after my family and I were out till 1 pm, she was on her cell phone and I waited for her to finish the call before asking about the room. She rolled her eyes and said dismissively "Relax, Don't worry, it'll get cleaned today." So I let her know we'd be leaving again and this time we were out till 6 pm. I asked her about the cleaning again, especially since we had two kids there and needed the help, (once again she was on a phone call) and she said "Well I saw them go into the room and leave clean towels so I don't know what to tell you." All the while being unnecessarily rude for no reason. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer like that. Really, everything else was great and the stay was wonderful."
