"I received a text telling me that my online order was ready. I drove to the crowed mall to pick it up and the store was CLOSED (1 o’clock on Thursday)! I called for several hours with no answer. I will let the order cancel and go somewhere else. Save your time and shop else where!"

"The girls at this store are incredibly rude. There were zero people in the store and they tried shuffling us out as soon as we asked for help. We went to a different Famous Footwear and got what we needed in less than 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time at Pheasant Lane Famous Footwear, everyone here needs to get replaced with nicer people."

"With all the negative feedback experience how has nothing changed?! This will be my last time visiting this particular location!! I went in with my boys, met with complete us professionalism and attitude! As we were still browsing they started turning off the lights! I turned around and asked is the mall closing thinking I lost track of time and instead she rudely said there is a storm you know you have 4 mins before we close! This was my third time and the first 2 times I wrote it off as them having a bad day! But today, same miserable 2 females that was even more arrogant to everyone!!!! "The staff at the Concord NH store inside the Pheasant Lane Mall are the rudest and most unprofessional group of women of a business that I have ever come across. They all need to be replaced with staff that are competent and doing their jobs and not just standing behind the desk talking to each other. We got there at 2:00pm to exchange shoes I bought the day before and they ran over to the door and said they were closing the entire store for lunch, and that we would have to come back later. When we came back they had a line outside and opened the door and didn’t greet anyone , just unlocked it and walked away not holding it for anyone that was in line waiting to get in. Then I told them that I would like to exchange my shoes for a smaller size since I bought them the day before from the Manchester NH store and realized when I got home from Manchester they were too big. The woman at the desk looked at them and had my receipt and said I can go get a smaller pair, then some rude woman came over to myself and kids with the shoes in the original box and said she wouldn’t take them back because she thinks they were worn. I explained to her that I bought them the yesterday and never worn them yet because they were too big and she shoved the box at me and said I can deal with the Manchester store to exchange them. I live an hour away from Manchester and only 20 minutes from Nashua. This has been an absolute waste of time and money. I spent $120 on a pair of boots and this nasty staff person thinks she is entitled to be rude and disrespectful to the consumers that enable her to get a paycheck each week. Fire most all the staff from the concord branch."
