"I walk into the store today wait 20 minutes for them to wrap up another customer. I wait patiently when it’s my turn to get my shoes in the middle of the process he starts working with another customer. He takes another customer and scans their feet. I’m sitting Down with the two pairs of shoes he brought out for me and didn’t know if he’s working with me or working with them very rude. I walked out I’m a Repeat, customer this experience was terrible. This was the The Nashua location Male with Long Hair Sunday Feb 4th"

"Great place to shop. The electronic foot structure analysis was pretty cool. Also don't let the age of the associates fool you. The young woman that helped me is an avid competitive runner and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. She gave me very good advice and helped guide me through the choices but was never in any way pushy. Lastly the price I paid was the same as what I found online so why not try the shoes on in person and get some frindly advice while you are at it instead of taking a chance your online purchase works for you. I highly recommend this shop."

"Limited items in stock for women’s 8.5 stability sneaker. One color which was not my favorite! Then I wanted plantar fasciitis socks in black and for the second visit were not in stock again? They did offer to ship sneakers, but before paying $160 I wanted to try the wide width on first, but not in stock!"
