"Had a great overall experience here. The owners are very kind and their rates are the most reasonable of any place near or in Gorham. Even with the rate being one of the lowest I could find, the room was equipped with many amenities. There is fast wifi, Roku TV, fridge and freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, and cooking pots, pans, plates and silverware. The room is also decorated with lots of unique wooden items that really give it an authentic and woodsy feel. Also, you are only 10 minutes or so from everything in Gorham, and only 20 minutes from Mt. Washington. Shower was a little small but really no complaints at all. Highly recommend."

"The people that own this are very nosey people you have no privacy it's okay to have video cameras to protect your place but this place has video cameras that record everything you talk about Outdoors your room I would not recommend this place to k n o w one it's a different to have surveillance cameras but nobody has the right to record what you say outside your room so be aware if you stay here this place record what you say outside your room or in the parking lot"

"The rooms are fantastic! Very clean and personal touches. The owners Dave and Carole are amazing! They always checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. Super sweet couple that makes you feel like family. Even the other guests came outside to chat. I felt like I was at home there. We will def. Be back! I'd recommend this stay to anyone! Not to mention the area is beautiful!"
