My wife brought my son who's also a carpenter in the Union To buy shoes to replace old red wings They decided to To purchase me a new set of boots for christmass using my information of shoe size from last years purchase The boots had to be mailed ordered to my house. I got them Tried them be a good snug fit Later that day caused me intense pain. I tried to return them and they will not take them back or give me a different size. And i'm disgusted I would never go there again. i certainly will discorrage any other tradsman from getting caught up in the same scam"

"I would give 0 stars if I could, and I would never recommend nor go to this store ever again. I dropped off my boots for repair on 02/11 for the Premium Repair Package $150. It took 3 months to get my boots back for a simple sole replacement, new laces and a polish. I had to buy new boots out of my own pocket because it took too long for them to get my boots back from repair. So this cost me 350$ since I had to buy new boots because it took them too long to get my boots back from repairs. Boots dropped off for repairs on 2/11 Got boots back from repairs on 5/18 3 months is unacceptable for a simple repairs. PLEASE DONT GO HERE FOR A BOOT REPAIRS, It would have been nice if they credited me some money or simple apology. DO NOT Recommend this store."
