"How this store got four stars is beyond me. Unbelievably slow customer service. Should not be listed as an Amazon return location. Items bought at that Sephora can only be returned at that Sephora. a fact they conveniently do not tell you when you purchase items."
"I love the products that Kohl's has to offer, but, good luck to anyone with their new self-checkout, it is a pain, and not easy for disabled or slightly older clientele. If you have a problem of any kind, like I did with Rewards, and call their main location #, good luck, their calls are outsourced to what sounded like a different country, the rep could not spell my name, I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get someone to help me properly, it was horrible. Between that and the new self-check, I don't think I'll be a regular customer like before sadly. Plenty of cashiers too, for some reason, they just don't want them on the registers. Best of luck folks!"
"Love all the discounts at kohls. Lines are typically long but move along rather quickly. Discounts do NOT apply to Nike apparently. I looked on two different coupons and it doesn’t state Nike isn’t allowed, they still won’t give you the discount. Corporate should add Nike to the list."
