"the store itself was clean and designed well. the staff was super attentive and patient, spending as much time with me as I needed. as for my own situation, I was only experiencing pain in one foot...no back pain, no leg pain...so I kept putting it off. and besides, there's a ton of inserts you can buy online that are made just for you, right? well, none of them worked and some made the pain worse. once I realized it was affecting my quality of life, I decided to book an appointment. these inserts really ARE made for me and the results prove it. I'm still adjusting to them but it really was a worth while investment."
