"The Western Promenade a perennial favorite of many. Favorite spot to catch the Sunset on a Beautiful Summer or Autumn day. LIVE MUSIC During the summer of 2022 on Wednesday evenings, starting 1 hour before sunset. A wide variety of talented musicians were chosen. It's become a nice place to meet other people in our small but very busy day.. The bands travelled from all over, They we're not paid, but it's asked at the beginning of evening that Tips are Very Welcome."

"Remarkable neighborhood of late 19th century homes and duplexes well maintained and surrounded by beautiful yards. Highly recommend taking 30 minutes to get out of the car and walk. On clear days Mt Washington, NH is visible to the northwest from the park."
