"cool place to go if you are experienced or not experienced like me. If Midcoast Youth Center reads, this they might remember a kid who rented a scooter and then broke his leg, this is me! thanks for the great experience and i hope you remember me! thanks sam"
"The only indoor skatepark in Maine as of now. The place is great with good vibes and the staff is very friendly. Even though it is a youth center, they are considerate enough to allow other age groups to skate. I appreciate the fact they have a schedule posted to inform the times to go along with proper updates. There are a lot of options of improving your skills. Oldmans Sesh is an awesome addition for those that can be surrounded by similar age range."
"Great skatepark and general facility for kids. The park is set up with quarter pipes on each end of a long warehouse with street style features in the middle. A few rails to grind and some ledges. Seems like skate tech ramp material and it’s tight so no catching a wheel. My favorite part is the long “mini” ramp in the back room. It’s got multiple levels and averages probably 4’ tall with some taller extensions to boost if you’ve got the skills. Can’t give it 5 stars because there are much better skateparks out there, but let’s be honest…this is the BEST ramp I’ve seen in all of Maine. And it’s indoors. Bring your kids early and they’ll have a blast. And you might too!"
"This place is a life saver for my daughter. Especially in this Covid era where children get a lot of interaction with other children. The staff are friendly, engaging, and go above and beyond to help and guide kids in positive activities."
"Well put together. Seems like a great place for youth to have fun while staying out of trouble. Looks like there are some great programs there where kids or parents can take home some food if needed. I even saw a coat rack that had a free sign on it incase someone needed a coat. It loooked like there was personal equipment locked up by the lockers that were provided. I imagine this allows the kids to feel like they belong and gives them a sense of ownership. Well done!"
