"EA sell beautiful things. We ordered one dining room chair to replace one that broke. It took more than 5 months before it was delivered. And I received no calls from the store with any updates or reassurances. The designer we worked with was fine."

"We were away when the sofa was ready for delivery so it was held until we returned to the state. The couch came wrinkled on both cushions and the back pillows. One cushion is bowed. It does not represent the quality that one would expect of Ethan Allen. We worked with the local store and gave them pictures that clearly show the flaw. The manager that the pictures were forwarded to said they are "comfort wrinkles" that will eventually relax. It's been 4 weeks and NOTHING has relaxed. The sofa looks just as bad as it looked the day of delivery and this is unacceptable. You would think Ethan Allen would care about the quality of their products. The sofa looks like we got it at Bob's Furniture Store. My husband said we might as well have gone there. I am disappointed to say the least. Is this an example of pride you have in your in products? I don't think so. Make it right Ethan Allen.."
