"I feel so fortunate to have made my way to Maine Cedar. Our 5'x3' hot tub is amazing and creates a fabulous sensory experience - like floating in an aromatic wooden boat. There is something incredibly grounding about the feel of the wood while soaking. The smell of the cedar, the clear clean water... just Wow. The double wall version provides a nice place for a drink, as well as one's butt when exiting/entering tub (we're older). We chose a 3-foot depth which we love - perfect for a couple with room to stretch your legs. Tending to the water has been easy and the ionizer does enable you to use a fraction of the chemicals normally required. I think it goes without saying that the workmanship and beauty of the product is why you find yourself considering Maine Cedar, but the Meisner's assistance during the purchase, delivery, installation and learning curve phases is what set them apart for me. (Re: the guy who left a negative review here, just use your internal "Yankee translation service" and you'll be fine.) What seemed like an indulgent splurge now feels like a life-changing necessity.
