"Walk in, stores dead, both employees are sitting on the seat where you try on shoes, scrolling on their phones. Don’t say hi, how can I help you, nothin! Just sat there and continued looking at their phones. So unprofessional!"

"This location has a great selection of men's and women's shoes. The store was very clean and organized. While I was able is able to find a pair of shoes it was not because of the employees help. Not only could she not be bothered to greet anybody when they walked in the door, She could not get off of her phone when she was checking out customers including myself. When I couldn't find a shoe in my size and approached her for help she remained on her phone and gave me a short answer that everything was on the shelves that was available. If I didn't need these shoes for this weekend I would have walked out of the store and not given them business because of the employee."

"Staff was very friendly. The selection of men's shoes is smaller than last time I was in the store and the shelves have huge gaps. Walked in looking for a new pair of converse and a nice looking shoe for work. Walked out empty handed. The new hours are very inconvenient for a working professional."

"The store is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. I did find a pair of sketches sneakers I really loved that they did not have my size in. When I asked if they had anything out back, I was informed that they do not carry back stock. So whatcha see is what they have. BUT it was so easy to order them right there at the register and have them shipped to me via FedEx I paid for them and 2 days later they showed up and fit nicely. I was also told that if they didn't fit well I could return them yo the store and either order another size or get a refund. Now I think that says our customers come first. I will def shop here for shoes again."
