"Small store and a little disorganized, but was able to find someone to help me find what I was looking for."
"Girl working got mad I was unfolding all the t shirts. Sorry but it’s your job to fold them back up"
"This Hot Topic is small and cramped, generally has a very limited stock. Located in a dying mall. Also shout out to the associate who was staring at me so hard, not saying hi or asking if I needed help and leaning over the counter to continue pointedly staring at me. He was INCREDIBLY creepy and I wanted to buy some buttons and scrunchies, but I left because I felt uncomfortable. I work in retail and understand watching people for thefts, but I also interact with customers and focus on being friendly. I'm glad my significant other was with me."
"Who doesn't love hot topic? Even If you don't purchase it is always a fun store to browse around in for the oddities or very genre specific merchandise. I would love to give 4 stars but like all hot topics, I am not a fan of the complete stuffiness and lack of maneuvering space inside. Prices are medium to high so it is important to check their sales and deals."
"I would have enjoyed looking around at all the new halloween products, if it wasnt for an employee loudly venting about very personal problems, including talking trash about other employees. I know way too much about their personal life now. I left within 3 minutes as I was beyond uncomfortable. As a store manager I understand the need to vent and be heard and that retail is stressful. But try and do it on your own time and not do it with customers in the store. That's very unprofessional."
