"This is my go to hotel every time I visit Portland! The location is in the heart of the Old Port and right off Commercial street. The staff here are very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated. I’m a titanium member with Marriott and have stayed in hundreds of Marriott hotels, and this hotel is the only one where management emails you ahead of time and gives you complimentary upgrades before you check in. I appreciated being upgraded to the 1-bedroom ocean view suite which is a huge, modern, and beautiful room. The shower head was so nice and relaxing, and the circular shape of the room made the ocean views look spectacular. The beds are also extremely comfortable. I also appreciate the little touches they make like hot cocoa in the lobby and the lobby restaurant is delicious and has great drinks. Overall, very impressed with this hotel which is why I always come back!"

"Huge thanks to the AC Hotel for an amazing weekend. A group of 10 stayed here for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and the staff could not have been more accommodating, especially Mike and Monika. Most of us were new to the area and the staff made sure to recommend the best places to visit. This hotel is in an amazing location, right next to the water and a 5 minute walk from downtown.
