"My 1-star rating is for a nurse practitioner who works there named Liam McNeil. Liam has scammed over 7 families out of nearly 1 million dollars from his side business as a contractor. Scammers should not be allowed to provide care to ANYONE, let alone children."

"If i could give this office a no star rating, i would. I had an absolutely awful experience with this association. My now almost six month old son has been seen here since he came out of the hospital. We were having trouble being there on scheduled time for transportation reasons (he was originally seen at the west Bridgewater office, and i do not own a car, i have to rely on friends and family for rides. We ended up switching to the oak street office in Brockton, where i could take the bus.) And for basic baby reasons aswell. (spit up while in the car seat/pooped/panicked etc.. Had to be taken out to be changed or calmed down) And they were so rude to me about it and very unhelpful and tried to talk down to me and belittle me to make me feel like a bad mother. They even have harrassed me with DCF numerous times with false and over exaggerated information. They don't care about your child or thier well being, and will accuse you of being a bad parent and call authorities on you for missing any appointments or being late because they only care about everything being on thier time and making watever money they can. I personally do not think that any of these people should work with children if they cannot understand that certain things like being late or canceling because your child doesn't feel good happens, and no good parent is going to pick ONE OF YOUR DOCTORS time over thier childs. I was seen here as a young kid aswell and never had problems or felt disrespect to this extent, but that was also with a diffrent doctor. Feel free to make watever decision regarding to wether or not you would have your children seen by any of these doctors, im sure there are very good and decent people who work at this office. I just wanted to state my situation because i am now having to go to court for false accusations regarding to how i care for my child because of the lies that this office keeps telling DCF because they don't like that i do things on me and my sons time, not thiers. UPDATE/EDIT: (7 years later.) What the pediatrician in this office did to me was entirely wrong and uncalled for but it does not speak for all the doctors located at this office. I had a great pediatrician here who saved my life as a teenage girl. Of course as a new, young Mother, I was livid regarding the ridiculous accusations made against me but fortunately they were easily disproven and I have since moved on and DCF closed the case. We haven't had DCF involvement since. As I said before, it's entirely up to you whether you want your child to be seen here or not. One bad doctor does not determine the ability or care of all doctors at this office."

"The doctors here are incredible - always very caring and thorough! My problem is with the billing department. In April, I was dropped as a patient over an issue with my auto-pay that I had called three times to try and correct. I never received a call back and was instead informed at my next appointment that I was no longer a patient. They did not allow me to speak to my doctor over the phone or via the patient portal at all. Over an issue that I actively and repeatedly tried to correct. I am so angry, more than I have ever been. Do not go here. The doctors may care, but the other departments do not."

"Caring and dedicated staff. It doesn't matter who gets to see your child, the doctors and all the other staff are very great with children which makes you the parent comfortable too. It is so easy to schedule appointments. Plus, they use mychart app which allows parents to communicate with their doctor as well as have quick access to children's medical records and any other information. Their facility is handicap accessible and conveniently located with ample parking. I highly recommend this pediatric office."
