"After many phone calls trying to schedule an urgent urology appointment for my child, I get a letter in the mail almost 8-MONTHS later saying I can call to schedule an appointment. Not even a phone call, and seriously 8-months later. I would never use a place like this."

"My daughter has had diarrhea on and off for the past week, she needs to see a doctor. I called and sat on hold for 5 minutes and spoke to a representative who took information from me and was suppose to connect me to a nurse. When she put me on hold again, I waited another 30 minutes before another “representative “ picked up and did the same thing that the first “representative “ did of taking information from me. The last representative that I spoke to basically said that because it wasn’t a life threatening emergency and my daughter doesn’t have Covid-19, she would just take down my contact information for a third time and a nurse would call me back. I never heard anything from anybody. I’m not impressed. If this is how they’re going to treat patients, I will take my daughter elsewhere where her health and well being is valued."

"Dr. Bonnie J. Proulx was the kindest, funniest, most child friendly, caring helpful doctor I have been to in the 9 years of my daughters life. She took TIME with us. She exhibited great knowledge in this field. She explained everything to my daughter and then to me. She set a plan into action that day to help end my daughters stomach issues. She gave us HOPE when we were wondering if this was just going to be how our daughter lived her life from now on. I could not recommend her more highly. The rest of the staff, from front desk, to nurse, to check-out were also extremely kind, child friendly and helpful. Our whole experience was phenomenal!"

"I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful the folks in the pediatric gastrointestinal unit have been to us. Each staff member we have been in contact with from check in, to registration, from blood work unit to scheduling each and every person was kind, helpful, courteous and understanding. While we haven't yet found the reason for the issues that brought us here, I'm comforted to know they are doing everything can and they are being so very thorough! Thank you to all of you!"
