"Wendy was awesome in helping me set it up for my four children. I read some of the other reviews on here and thought it might be an anomaly. It wasn't. I have four children, I take the earliest appointments two at a time so that if we have trouble getting out of the house or run into problems getting people from school and back etc. One will run into another and I don't have to worry about it. My first time there and was told I was over 15 mins late (by one minute, making it 16) but my other daughter had the next appointment. I was told I couldnt have my younger one be seen. When I said there was traffic which was the main problem. I was met with apathy. We are coming from 35 mins away, there was a backup on 140. Should I have planned it better? I would have next time. But I do have a strict no being treated like a jerk policy, and they broke that poilcy so we wont be seeing them again"

"No personal touch. This practice has become too large. You’ll never see the same provider twice, nobody remembers your family. They won’t remember your kids’ names. They don’t remember your history or anything about you and then they’ll drop your kid and refuse to see them. This summer I brought my son in, he was presenting with all of the signs of mono. I asked him to be tested for mono. I was told by the nurse practitioner that it wasn’t mono. He returned the following day. I insisted that he be tested for mono, and it turns out that he was positive for mono. This could’ve been a very dangerous mistake. People who present with mononucleosis should not participate in contact sports or high-risk activities because they can rupture their spleens. I would’ve appreciated a little bit of support from that provider at the time. Trust this practice at your own risk, we’ve had enough. And on top of that the woman at the front desk is condescending. Thanks for nothing, Julie."

"GREAT DRS. OFFICE. TOP QUALITY CARE!! My son sees Dr. Fred Kern and his whole team. I love how terrific they are to him. We had a visit today with a dislocated arm, and they knew instantly what the problem was, and in a matter of 30 seconds, my son was out of pain.They gave him a juice box and his favorite Spiderman and Paw Patrol stickers. AWESOME STAFF!! We saw a dr with 18 years of ER experience. Makes you feel good with the experienced staff you get at Bridgewater Pediatrics. ON A SIDE NOTE. I love the outside landscape. beautiful place."

"I have 2 babies under 2 and this practice is beyond exceptional. I never wait in the lobby and almost every time we are in a room prior to our appointment time. The staff always includes us in the care decisions for our children and are responsive when we have concerns. The negative reviews of this office are mainly about insurance discharges of patients and yes that is a difficult choice by a practice. Other negative ratings have talked about the care teams to include nurses, PAs, and doctors. I worked in medicine for over a decade and have yet to encounter a practice as good as this one. I also have a 12 year old son and his pediatric care growing up was nothing compared to Bridgewater pediatrics. If you are looking for a great practice and a great experience for your family this is the place!"
