"The most racist place in Fall River. This place treats my child worse than my veterinarian treats my dog. They never say hello. They never tell me what they're doing to my chid because they think we're too dump to understand. And when I asked them a question, they looked at me. That's it! That's how they represent medicine--the most trusted profession."
"I went to Highland Pediatrics when I was young and now I take all three of my children here. They all have Dr. Maher he is amazing and actually listens, and the few nurses they've seen when he's busy have always been super nice. I recommend them to anyone I've never had a bad experience."
"Worst practice ever. You will NEVER spend LESS than a hour on hold just waiting to speak to someone if you don’t get hung up on after the hour or two wait… Whether that’s for paperwork or to schedule or reschedule an appointment. The chances of you getting in to see the doctor you chose for your child are slim to none even if you schedule the next appointment in person at the visit they will still try to pass you off to some other doctor or NP in the practice my son has seen Dr Maher 2 times in his 3 years of going to highland pediatrics. I’ve spent more time on hold than I ever did talking with a physician or nurse. Currently trying to switch practices and have been on hold for 42 min."
"Just to balance out some of these reviews I’ll share that we’ve been taking our little guy here for 10 months and find the nurses and doctors we’ve interacted with to be knowledgeable, respectful and well-caring for our little guy. We usually see Dr. Albertson and are quite pleased with his care. Obviously I don’t know peoples situations but maybe if they’re feeling like they’re being met with attitude, they’re simply getting back what they give."
"Prior to the pandemic I had no issues with this office. I usually could get in for my child to be seen fairly quickly. Sometimes the waits would be long once I was in the office but I understood. Now? I can’t even get my child seen by anyone. The RUDE woman working the front desk cut me off as I was explaining my situation and I had just sat on the nurse line for 30 minutes with no answer. All she said were that they were busy and they had just turned the phones on recently. It’s 10 AM. I asked why I couldn’t schedule an appointment without speaking to a nurse and got no explanation. She transferred me back to the nurse line and I’ve been on hold 20 minutes now. I stayed with this office despite moving because my son’s pediatrician has been with him since birth. I will be finding a new office to care for my son after 6 years."
