"All the review regarding the horrible office staff are true. They do anything to keep you from seeing a doctor. Long hold times, disconnections, accidentally canceling appointments and total lack of caring . Doctors do not care that parents are suffering because of the horrible office staff."

"I have been going to this office since my son was two years old he is now 12 so that’s 10 years! Since then I’ve had three other children that also go to this office and see Dr. Silvia! I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences. The nurses the doctors and even the medical assistants have always always been respectful, caring and they listen to what you have to say. Anytime I have a concern they make sure that I am seen even if it’s silly they never make you feel like you should have never came in! If our doctor is not available they try to schedule me with another doctor in the office. I have had experiences with Most of the doctors in the facility and not once did I feel we were not treated right. Not once did I feel dismissed or insecure about the visit. All of my concerns have always been addressed and if there was an area where we needed to see a specialist without a blink of an eye a referral was made for us. I will ALWAYS recommend and refer people to this office. Yes in the past two years wait times has increased! UMM HELLOOOO PEOPLE THE PANDEMIC???? Staff has been lost and they are working a full office with very minimal staff! Please try to be kind and patient with the office staff it’s not their fault they are all trying!"

"The office is friendly and I love Dr. McQuaid. She is kind and very concerned with my kids However I needed a sick appointment more than once and was told that we would have to call the morning of to see if they can schedule this. Other times I would call and leave a message for the nurse(with a sick child) and they did even call me back. Long wait times in office and long wait times on the phone. Average wait time to talk to someone has been from 8-15 mins on the phone. For context I manage a few dental offices and never in my life would I accept that behavior from a office I manage! You call and you get a appointment that is the least standard I would accept for my Childs care! I am moving to another office that answer the phones and make my child a priority. I am sorry to go as I love the doctor and the office staff seem nice but I will not accept not being able to make a appointment and playing these games."

"Everyone from staff to nurses to the doctors are all phenomenal here. Very friendly and professional. They are great with my child and everyone in this office have a great smile when you come in and when you leave no matter what you are therefore with your child. I 100% recommend this office to anyone whose looking for a pediatrician."
