"I absolutely love Post Road Pediatrics and wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else. Dr Assaf is so caring, thorough and really listens if there is an issue. She has called to check in or called if she thought of/forgot to mention something and I really appreciate that. I’ve seen other doctors there when my kids have been sick and everyone else has been wonderful as well."

"Triage nurse Front desk guy&lady are so rude So aggressive and negligent attitude So hard to get an appointment with the primary care doctor and they keep offering practioner nursing visit not the doctor and it doesn’t make any common. Spence to me that she has been fully booked24/7 since last July And she doesn’t prefer personal connection for medical advices And she advice to use my chart instead of talking to the rude triage nurse and advice her to improve her customer service skills not only that but she’s accused me by going against medical advice cause she’s offering weird appointments not considering my cercumestanses as I don’t drive The primary care doctor advice me to give the baby whole milk to see if her allergy will make any better with out consulting with her Gi or reading her report And I didn’t do that Doctor is always in a hurry and I feel stressed about that cause I have to tell her every thing that happened within 3-5 months and get her check on the baby then gave the medical advice and fix paperwork and follow baby’s growth within 20-25minutes max I would recommend her to stop taking new patients and take good care of the existing ones Wouldn’t recommend this place for any one that’s disappointed all my expectations"
