"I came here twice, first time when my son needed a flu shot for school and second time when I needed a physician to fill in the form that I was fit enough to get on a flight. Both times I had great experiences. The nurses were very pleasant and professional. So this time when I had to fill the form for traveling again I had to hesitation to go back. Unfortunately, time the nurse was going to charge me higher than last time. So I just question her why would that be, which was an obvious thing to asked then she suggested that I should go somewhere else. I was not impressed and highly unlikely that I would go back."
"I've been here twice and both times had a poor experience. The staff just enters the information into the system and waits for system to provide recommendation. She seemed clueless about differences between H2 blockers and PPI for acid reflux. I told her already that I was taking H2 blocker and have acid reflux. I wanted her to check the back of my throat where I developed unusual growth (cysts/polyps) discharging mucus. She said it's "probably" the acid. Sometimes you need stronger meds. She said to take Omeprazole. When I asked her if that is same as Prilosec, she said no at first indicating Prilosec is a PPI and this is not. It is just stronger. When I asked about side effects, she said there are none. Many people use it, she said. Then she said she will check the system. It was not getting the info so she was searching on her iPhone. At that point, I told her I can search it myself and that I already know enough about the various classes of medicines and side effects from it. I wanted to make sure my symptoms were not a result of low acid from use of H2 blockers and the growths in my throat were benign in nature. I ended up making an ENT appointment and following up with my GI. She held the light 4 feet away. How could she have even seen inside my mouth? If I leaned forward, she literally jumped back. She had a full gear on as if handling level 4 contagion and I had literally no signs of covid. Will never go here again. Waste of $."
"Terrible. Went in for being ill, knew I needed an antibiotic and was refused a prescription other than an inhaler & cough medicine. Told the nurse practitioner I felt an antibiotic was needed and was told that I could come back for a follow up visit if I didn't get better -- but she was sure I would get better. 13 days later I was still sick and went in for another visit -- which they charged me for and my insurance company for --and GUESS WHAT they did, YUP -- prescribed an antibiotic and amazingly, I was better in 2.5-3 days. These people care about getting you back in for an additional visit and maximizing revenue & profits, not about your well being. I called to file a complaint with their corporate office and was told be Mr. Andrew DeSanti that they did nothing wrong and when I asked what governing body regulated them I was literally told that there is no place that monitors their actions or to file a complaint. I finally opted to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office of Massachusetts -- curious to see if that goes anywhere. I would avoid this place at all cost, there are several competitor's close by -- ReadyMed & AFC both offer the same services (and more), but they seem a little more qualified & honest."
"The Sudbury Minute Clinic was great for treating my father's ears and administering a strep test to my daughter when needed. It was more efficient than the longer process of calling a PCP, making an appointment, etc. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough."
"The nurse practitioner at the Minute Clinic in Sudbury is fantastic. She's really great with my daughter whenever we bring her and I have always had a positive experience when I'm the patient as well. Depending on what day of the week and time you show up, it can be a short wait or long. That is to be expected for any walk-in clinic. If you show up an hour before closing and it's busy, chances are you won't be able to get in...again, totally normal. Just plan accordingly."
