"My two kids go to Troy Pediatrics and I cannot say better things about this practice. The entire staff is amazing, from the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors. We usually see Amanda Livolsi who is the most amazing PA, she listens to all my concerns and is so supportive. She is so thorough with the way she exams her patients. Her nurse Tanisha is also great and so sweet, My oldest started daycare last year and got sick every other week, we practically lived there. We saw Sarah a lot too who’s also amazing and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice!!"

"I would not recommend going here for your children to be seen. I’ve been going here for going on 20 years. From the time I was a little girl till now and I brought my daughter and son here. NEVER had an issue until the doctor straight up disrespected me and mad me seem like a bad mother for refusing to stop breastfeeding my son. He is part owner of the practice.I recommend going to Albany med pediatrics has kinder staffing."

"I can not say enough how wonderful Dr. Malone and staff are! Having a special needs child who is also medically fragile means we spend A LOT of time at doctor's appointments. I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor, nurses or office staff. I never feel silly for asking things to be explained in "non doctor language". Everyone there puts me at ease, and they are so patient with my son. When sick visits are needed (unfortunately more often in the past year) we are always seen the same day I call. If I need to speak to a nurse, or leave a message for Dr. Malone, or need help with prescriptions or medical supply order, or paperwork faxed to school, or scheduling appointments with specialists....our needs are always met very promptly. I can honestly say that I don't know where my son would be without Dr. Malone. It's been a long time since our days in NICU, but we still get the same level of care and attention. A million thank you's to everyone at Capital Care Pediatrics!!"

"We started taking our child here at age 12, and I regret not moving to this office sooner. Excellent care, kindness, compassion, and professionalism are the thoughts that come to mind. My child has some special needs and every medical professional in this office has been nothing short of awesome. They take time to listen to my child, ask questions, and validate concerns. Making appointments for same day “illness” issues has also been fairly easy. I’m very pleased with the staff at this office!"
