"Internet is awful. Attended with my husband for his procedure and planned to work in the waiting room however having to use the public internet, discovered it is not really accessible. When I asked the receptionist, she said to keep trying but it is unstable. Just leaving this review so others know how unreliable the access is if you are expecting to also work in the lobby."

"I don't know why somebody would give the place 2 stars just because the receptionist was loud, etc. People are looking to Google reviews to find out whether the customers were satisfied with the service. Well, I just had a procedure performed there, and the staff was very helpful and professional. Much, much better than in some other locations I've been."

"The receptionist either does not use or maybe does not know the HIPPA RULES. Every person that came in was asked out loud enough for all to hear WHAT ARE YOU HEAR FOR. Many people looked not happy that all could hear her ask out loud. So she needs another training in the HIPPA rules."
