"They called Sat. to confirm that I would be here for my 9:45 appointment. I arrived early to find everyone outside and the office still locked. Some peoples appointments were earlier than mine. The man didn't show up to open the door until 9:45am! No apology or explanation. The fedex guy was even trying to deliver their pkgs, but nobody was there. Ridiculous!"

"Had a very bad experience just now at this location. I was spoken to rudely and I feel that I was mistreated by the associate who rudely brushed me aside to assist someone else. I ultimately ended up left the store without receiving any assistance and I will never purchase anything from that location. Terrible customer service. Sad but very true."

First of all they charge an arm and a leg second of all we went there got our glasses in June It is now February We broke our glasses We called December 29th to get a replacement pair they told us two weeks We called them on January 14th they told us you need to call MassHealth to get an approval. So we went on and called MassHealth MassHealth told us that they just need to put in for them and they will be approved We called baystate back and they said okay we will put them in right now that was on January 14th today is January 27th and I called to see if I can pick up my glasses today and they still haven't put them in so now they're telling me another week and a half to two weeks this place is a money hungry money grab like anything else in Lynn Massachusetts avoid at all costs"
