"Katheryn is an amazing esthetician. What makes her stand out is her kindness, patience, and gentleness. I first came to her a couple years ago wanting to get some hyperpigmentation cleared. After significant improvement, I experienced a health issue that caused a huge setback in my skin health — my skin was in terrible condition. I was overwhelmingly discouraged and thought there was no hope for improvement, but she always remained hyper-focused on getting me back on track. She was always hopeful and super patient with me even though so many factors were outside of our control. She never made me feel like my skin was too much to handle even though there were many moments where I thought it was. Her countenance towards me never wavered. She was always considerate and understanding; I’m so grateful for her!! My skin has significantly improved and I always get compliments. I know people with melanated skin may not feel comfortable going to an esthetician that doesn’t have melanated skin, but she handles us well - so don’t be afraid to check her out!"
