"Bay State Physical Therapy is an awesome therapy facility. Great location with ample parking. The office manager, front desk and therapists are all super friendly. They are always on time. The therapists are very knowledgeable, listen closely to your concerns and make you feel very comfortable. I am so happy I chose BSPT and if you choose them for your needs you’ll be happy too!"
"i put review on them for one star because they bill me for no reason. then after i post it they call me and told me they make a mistake and charge me with the wrong doctor thats why i got a bill. but i told them i already paid and they said they will refund me. they even email me about there mistake and the main office called me said they will sent me a check. but it been over 2 months and i still haven't get my refund yet. i try to call and they avoid my phone call. please anyone can help me. note the first review i post look like they remove it."
"As a business manager I have high standards and only write reviews if I am thoroughly impressed. Sarah was super friendly and accommodating on the initial phone call. Charlie was welcoming, thorough, yet efficient explaining the initial paperwork and procedures. My therapist Katie was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable when showing me excercises to strengthen my injured knee. I had been playing tough guy hoping I could just walk it off, but I wish I had gone here sooner!!"
"People at the front desk are friendly and welcoming, appointments are answered quickly by email, Dr. Doty is very professional and nice, and every time we meet we have a great chat. It's been over a month since my first x-ray inspection and I have no complaints, it's a fun place to be (especially love the radio they play) and most importantly, it's been a great place to be treated for my condition and the pain in my neck and back has been very well relieved."
"Did not go here for PT. I opted for Quincy PT on Congress St instead. Here’s why: - I was put on hold twice when I called about a consultation. They first time they forgot I was on hold so I hung up and called back. So my 3 minute conversation turned into a 15 minute multi-call period. Sloppy but no big deal, right? But there’s more.. - Called to ask about available appointments. Would not tell me anything “until they have the referral” in hand. I just needed to know if they could see me during hours that work with my schedule. I already had approval for a referral from my doctor. They acted like I was trying to trick them into an appointment when I just needed availability so I knew which PT to pick? - I have my doctor send the referral. When attempting to arrange an appointment, they have nothing for two weeks. So I’m supposed to sit around with a pinched nerve in my neck and somehow still be able to do my job for two weeks?? That’s crazy talk. If they are that overbooked, they should not be accepting new patients. It’s irresponsible to ask people in pain to wait so they can squeeze in as many appointments/make as much money as possible. - No weekend availability. Can you say, “catering to the wealthy & those able to take off workdays mid week without burning through PTO or ticking off your boss” much ? Yup. I’m not new to the PT experience. I had my ankles treated by Furnace Brook PT last year and the whole experience was awesome, INCLUDING scheduling and getting a consult. I think that, overall, signs point to this place being pretty disorganized. I don’t have the time for that (does anyone ??)."
